Puppy Training

Most issues found in adult dogs begin at an early age. It is essential to make sure your new pup starts with the best paw forward and learns clear boundaries ensuring a great relationship for you both moving forward.

Lead Pulling

Instead of enjoying a calm walk, many owners find themselves being dragged along by their dogs. This can turn what should be a relaxing activity into a stressful and frustrating experience.

Toilet Training

For some dogs, anxiety is mild and occasional, while for others it can be overwhelming and affect daily life. Living with an anxious dog can be stressful and upsetting for both the dog and their family.

Recall

A reliable recall is one of the most important safety skills for any dog. For many owners, calling your dog back feels impossible — your dog runs the other way, ignores you, or only comes when it suits them.

Anxiety & Fear

Barking, howling, chewing, or even trying to escape. These aren’t signs of naughtiness, but of separation anxiety. For owners, it can mean constant worry, noise complaints, or damage at home. For the dog, it’s a daily cycle of fear and panic.

Aggression

Aggression towards people can be one of the most worrying behaviours for any dog owner. It may appear as growling, barking, snapping, or even biting.  Left unresolved, this behaviour can worsen and limit your dog’s quality of life.

Hi...I'm Leah!

I’m passionate about helping people and their dogs enjoy happier, stress-free lives together.

I’ve trained extensively with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT)  giving me a solid foundation in animal behaviour, welfare, and care.

I believe training should be fun, fair, and rewarding — for both dogs and their humans. Whether it’s recall, loose lead walking, toilet training, or more complex behaviour challenges, I make training clear, enjoyable, and effective.

Let’s work together to build your dog’s confidence, improve their behaviour, and strengthen the bond you share.

Why Choose Lead & Learn?
